GALVANISED IRON:-Fabricated with main post of 114mm dia and rest of the pipes are of 50mm dia .All pipes made up of 'B' class either GI or MS (as per the requirements)

WELDING:-All joints of pipe are MIG welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing.

POWDER COATING:- Powder coated  using  Akzo  Nobel  or  equivalent  of   80  -  120 micron thick.
